Led by Shane Blair, and supported by his father Jesse and brother Travis, the Blair family brings over 40 years of combined Salmon and Steelhead fishing experience to every trip. Fishing isn’t just something we do… it’s who we are.
From the Rogue to the Klamath and the famed coastal rivers, the Blairs have spent decades learning, rowing, guiding, and living on these waters — turning childhood memories into a lifelong passion for helping others experience the magic of the river.

Shane Blair —Guide
Born into a family of outdoorsmen, Shane grew up on the Mighty Rogue River with a fishing rod in hand and big dreams of guiding — dreams he’s had since age four. With over 28 years on the water, Shane has chased salmon and steelhead across Southern Oregon and Northern California, gaining unmatched knowledge of the Rogue, Illinois, Elk, Sixes, Chetco, Umpqua, Klamath, Smith, and more.
A U.S. Coast Guard–licensed and fully insured Six-Pack Charter Guide, Shane is known for his passion, patience, skill, and nonstop drive to put clients on fish. If he’s awake, he’s thinking about fishing — just ask him. His goal isn’t just a successful trip, but a day you’ll remember forever.
Jesse Blair

Jesse Blair — Father, Mentor & Guide
Growing up on the water gave Jesse firsthand experience in both fishing and navigating rivers by boat. Following in his father’s footsteps as a veteran raft guide and lifelong fisherman, Jesse quickly developed the skill and instinct needed to pursue fishing at a professional level.
With over two decades of guiding experience, Jesse is also a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed and insured Six-Pack Charter Guide. His expertise, calm confidence, and ability to produce fish even on the toughest days make him a guide clients trust and return to year after year.
Travis Blair
Guide
Travis Blair — Guide & The Big Smile of the Rogue
Like his father and brother, Travis was born into the Blair fishing tradition. Raised just steps behind Shane on the Rogue River, he spent more than 24 years fishing Southern Oregon and Northern California rivers, mastering the Rogue, Illinois, Elk, Sixes, Chetco, Umpqua, Klamath, and Smith.
A fully insured U.S. Coast Guard–licensed Six-Pack Charter Guide, Travis brings unmatched enthusiasm, skill, and heart to every trip. Known for the huge smile he carries on the water, Travis combines experience and patience to deliver a fun, low-stress, high-quality day on any of our fisheries.
